About

Tameka Small

Tameka is a qualified Personal Trainer, 200hr Yoga Instructor, and Assisted Stretch Therapist, currently completing a Level 5 Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy qualification, based in London.

She has trained in sport and martial arts for over a decade, and is an active BJJ practitioner. Small Movement Lab was founded to bring a more considered approach to movement, strength, and rehabilitation — built around the real demands of active bodies.
